Hey everyone, welcome back to TechSole Blog! Today, we’re checking out Infinix’s latest entry-level smartphone – the Infinix Smart 9 HD, which has officially launched in India. It brings a premium-looking design at an affordable price.

Specifications

The Infinix Smart 9 HD features a tall 6.7-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate for a smoother experience. It has a hole-punch cutout at the top center, housing an 8-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

Moving to the back, the phone sports a 13-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, accompanied by an auxiliary lens for added functionality.

Under the hood, the MediaTek Helio G50 chipset powers the device, paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU for decent gaming and graphics performance.

For storage, it comes with 3GB of RAM, which can be extended by another 3GB via virtual RAM, along with 64GB of onboard storage. Plus, there’s a dedicated microSD card slot that supports expansion up to 1TB.

Keeping the phone running is a massive 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. On the software side, it runs Android 14 (Go Edition) with XOS 14 skin on top.

DTS Sound System for an enhanced audio experience.
Connectivity options include Dual-SIM 4G, Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.

The phone measures 165.7 x 77.1 x 8.35mm and weighs 188 grams.

Pricing & Availability

The Infinix Smart 9 HD is priced at INR 6,699 and will be available for purchase starting February 4th. It comes in Coral Gold, Metallic Black, Mint Green, and Neo Titanium color options.
